    Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Our MAT program includes FDA-approved medications that help reduce cravings and manage withdrawal symptoms effectively. Here are the options available at our treatment center:

    • Suboxone: A combination of buprenorphine and naloxone, Suboxone helps alleviate withdrawal symptoms and cravings, allowing patients to focus on recovery.
    • Buprenorphine: This partial opioid agonist provides relief from cravings and withdrawal symptoms without producing the same high as full opioids, making it a safe, effective treatment option.  We want you to feel comfortable during your recovery. In our efforts to do so, we also admit chronic pain patients who wish to stop taking prescription painkillers such as OxyContin, Dilaudid or Opana.
    • Brixadi: Brixadi is an extended-release injectable form of buprenorphine designed to treat opioid use disorder. Similar to Sublocade, it offers unique flexibility with options for weekly or monthly dosing. The smaller injection can be administered at various sites on the body but must be given by a healthcare professional.
    • Vivitrol: A non-addictive, extended-release injection of naltrexone, Vivitrol blocks the effects of opioids or alcohol for 30 days, helping prevent relapse in those who have already detoxed.
    • Sublocade: An extended-release version of buprenorphine, Sublocade is administered once a month to provide consistent support for individuals in recovery.

    Additional Services Offered

    Care Management

We help patients access the resources they need for holistic support. From arranging appointments with psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, primary care providers, dentists, or OB-GYNs, to addressing other essential needs, we ensure you are connected to the right services.

For those facing challenges like food insecurity, housing instability, or job concerns, we provide guidance and referrals to local resources. Our team is dedicated to supporting your well-being beyond medical treatment.

    Counseling Referrals

Counseling is optional in our program, but we’re happy to connect you with trusted counseling services if additional support is needed.

    Telemedicine Appointments

Telemedicine offers a convenient way to access care for established patients or for initial screenings in certain situations. First-time appointments may be conducted virtually in emergencies but require an in-person follow-up within a few days. To participate, you’ll need a phone with video capabilities. This service ensures flexible care while maintaining high-quality standards.

    Pregnancy Care

We provide compassionate support for pregnant women throughout their recovery journey. With personalized treatment plans, we ensure both mother and baby receive safe, effective care tailored to their needs.

    What Sets Us Apart

We focus on delivering flexible, patient-centered care designed to fit your life. Unlike many programs, we typically see patients just once a month, offering a more streamlined approach. However, additional visits are always available if needed, ensuring you receive the support you require.

While counseling can be a valuable tool for recovery, it is not mandatory in our program. Instead, we tailor each treatment plan to meet your unique needs and recovery goals, providing high-quality care without unnecessary requirements. This personalized approach sets us apart and helps you stay on track with your journey to recovery.
