    Our Services in Washington

AppleGate Recovery Washington – North Main St offers a comprehensive range of outpatient services, allowing you to receive support while continuing with your daily life:Our MAT program uses FDA-approved medications to reduce cravings and alleviate withdrawal symptoms, helping patients focus on recovery. Our MAT options include:

    Buprenorphine

This partial opioid agonist eases cravings and withdrawal without producing a high, offering a safe, effective solution for long-term recovery.

    Suboxone

Suboxone is a medication that combines buprenorphine and naloxone to help manage opioid dependence. It reduces cravings and withdrawal symptoms, allowing individuals to focus on their recovery with a lower risk of misuse.

    Sublocade

Sublocade involves a once-monthly injection administered by our certified healthcare professionals. This innovative treatment is ideal for individuals transitioning from a seven-day buprenorphine-based medication regimen. Sublocade works by steadily releasing medication throughout the month, effectively blocking the rewarding effects of opioids and supporting a sustained recovery journey.

    Brixadi

We offer Brixadi, an extended-release injectable form of buprenorphine, designed for the treatment of opioid use disorder. Similar to Sublocade, Brixadi has some unique features. It can be administered either weekly or monthly and involves a smaller injection that can be given at various sites on the body. This injection must be administered by a healthcare professional.

    Subutex

Subutex contains only buprenorphine and is used to relieve withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings in individuals recovering from opioid addiction. It’s commonly administered as a sublingual (under the tongue) tablet.

    Vivitrol

Vivitrol is a monthly injection that blocks the effects of opioids and alcohol, helping prevent relapse. Unlike other medications, Vivitrol doesn’t contain opioids, making it a good option for those looking for a non-opioid-based treatment.
